Embracing Transformation: The Path to Your Whole Self
In a world that constantly demands our attention and energy, it’s all too easy to lose sight of our own well-being. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, stress, phobias, addiction, weight issues, lacking self-confidence, facing infertility, or physical health challenges, the journey towards healing and transformation can seem daunting. However, through a blend of innovative therapeutic approaches and a deep understanding of the human psyche, positive change is not just possible; it’s within reach.
Our Therapeutic Approaches
My practice is built on the foundation of three powerful methodologies: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), Active Creative Transformation (ACT!), and Whole-self Psychology. Each of these approaches offers a unique pathway to understanding and overcoming the obstacles that stand between you and your fullest potential.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)
RTT® represents a breakthrough in therapy and personal development, merging the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychotherapy, and mindfulness. This approach allows us to dive deep into your subconscious, identifying and reframing the root causes of negative beliefs and behaviors that have held you back, possibly since childhood. Unlike traditional therapies that may focus solely on symptom management, RTT® facilitates the creation of new neural pathways, fostering lasting change.
Active Creative Transformation (ACT!)
ACT! is specifically tailored for creatives and performers, integrating neuroscience with aesthetic perception to unlock a transformative healing path. This method moves you through two distinct phases: firstly, resolving problems caused by limiting beliefs and emotional blockages; and secondly, setting and achieving career and life objectives. ACT! is a holistic approach that caters to the unique challenges faced by those in creative fields, offering a comprehensive solution that spans consulting, coaching, counseling, and psychotherapy.
Whole-Self Psychology
At the core of my practice is the principle of the Whole-Self, a concept that acknowledges and nurtures every aspect of your being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. By connecting with your Whole-Self, you gain access to every experience you’ve ever had, providing a rich foundation for healing and growth. This holistic view ensures that no part of you is left behind on your journey to wellness.
Services Beyond Therapy
In addition to these specialized therapies, I offer consulting and coaching services designed to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking guidance in making a career change, improving personal relationships, or simply striving for a healthier, more balanced life, my goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed for success.

Behind the curtain
"Transformation is a creative process!"
The origin and driving force of my work and my research is beauty; beauty not only in its classical conception of a coherent whole of integral parts inspired by proportion, harmony and symmetry, but also in its ideal form, in its “inner vision” of shapes, sounds and thoughts never created, an hypothetical human being “the most beautiful in history” yet to be born.
I attribute this particular approach in my work to my personal experiences and to the union between two seemingly unconnected factors, the study of psychology and my close bond with the performing arts.
Being born into a family with a long history in the performing arts (my father has been the artistic director of many opera houses and music festivals and my grandfather, a well-known opera singer) I have developed a strong bond with the performing arts and in particular with the world of opera.
"I believe people can become their own work of art and I can help them achieve this goal."
This bond, cultivated during my childhood also thanks to the study of the piano, begins to mature upon my return from South Africa, where I graduated from high school, with the beginning of my university studies in Psychology. Still a student, I first started working in the lyrical theatre, covering over time many of the various professional roles that contribute to the realisation of an opera production, from the prop man, to the stage manager, to the assistant director, to stage director.
Just as my university studies in psychology and my personal psychoanalysis, undertaken in those same years, has strongly characterised my work as stage director, enriching me with a vision and reading of the staged subject, with an eye on highlighting the archetypal symbolism and the emotional subtext of each character, its evolution and its interpersonal dynamics, so have I always applied the creativity and imagination inherent in the stage director’s work to my activity as a psychologist because it is the psychologist’s job to help people become their own work of art.
"From imaginary characters to real people - to originate an alliance between creativity and transformation."
My role as stage director is to analyse and stage the life and stories of imaginary characters, but as a therapist my aim goes beyond and consists in helping change and transform the life and stories of real people so that they may mirror their ideals and projects.
In brief, I can say that I have chosen to make the cultural and psychological aspects of creativity and imagination interact with those of analysis and transformation. This is why I like to define myself a creative-transformational therapist.
